H2 thoughts

I was reading reviews of H2 and saw all the hate it got. Now I liked the movie for what it was. It wasn't a remake of the '70's classic. It was a different thought all together. Laurie Strode wasn't made to be to be the heroine in this film. She was made so you knew her fear and felt her pain. Once I watched the directors cut I saw the big picture. She was an outspoken 19 year old woman that showed you what it is like to live in fear every day of her life. So for what the story is it is good. My only problem was Dr. Samuel Loomis. Once again I know this was Rob Zombies vision, but making Dr. Loomis a money hungry asshole just didn't seem right. Although chances are if anyone was a doctor of Gacy, Bundy, ETC was attacked and survived I'm sure they would have the same approach. In the end. I guess if you didn't like the theatrical cut of H2 you might not give the Director's cut a try, but I highly recommend that you do after reading this.
